How long does shipping take?

orders normally ship within 3-5  business days from the time
the order is placed. In some cases, during special promotions, ship times can
be longer. Once an order is placed modifications cannot be made to the order or
shipping address. It is our goal to ship orders as quickly as possible. Your
package will arrive via USPS or UPS.

If your package says delivered but you have not
received it, please allow a few more days for delivery. USPS  or UPS may be experiencing delivery delays of up to 10 days.

How do I track my order?

Once Your order is packaged and handed to shipping provider we will email you with your tracking information. Once tracking information is received you will be able to track your package through the shipping providers website.


How do I return an item?

To be eligible for a return item/s must be damaged upon arrival. you must send us an email to with picture of damaged item so that we can send you the proper shipping label.

How long does it take to process my return?

If eligible for a return please give us 5-7 business days to process your approved return.


Can you make custom candles for special events? 

Yes! We can make custom candles for birthdays, corporate events, weddings, baby showers etc.!

How should I Care For My Candle?

For best results, we advise that your candle should never be burned for more than 2-3 hours at a time. Please remember to burn your candle on a heat-resistant surface away from any flammable objects.

Be sure that you extinguish your candle when there is approximately .25-.5 inches of wax left in the jar. In some cases, a metal wick holder may be
visible in the bottom of the jar indicating that the candle should be no longer burned.

Do you do Price Adjustments? 

We are proud to offer great promotions for our customers. Promotions change frequently making it very challenging to do price adjustments. Orders that have already shipped are not eligible for a price adjustment. For more information regarding price adjustments, please reach out to our support team. We look forward to helping you!


Can I Modify or Cancel my Order?

It is our goal to ship your order as quickly as possible. We begin processing your order immediately and unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been placed.



Why is my Candle not adhering to the glass?

Due to temperature changes, wax in glass vessels tend to pull away from the glass causing wet spots when the temperature of the room goes from normal to cold. You should store your candle in an area that is room temperature at about 75-80 degrees and that doesn't have a draft when not burning or in use for good glass adhesion.

Temperatures below 70 degrees will cause your candles to have wet spots and your wax will begin to separate from the vessel but once you light or reheat your candle those wet spots should disappear and has no effect on the performance of your candle just cosmetics.

What are Wickless Candles?

Wickless Candles are just how they sound wickless. No wick is needed in these candles to burn and you actually get longer life out of your candles because you don't have a flame burning off your wax instead you have a warmer plate that is used. Wickless candles are safer than traditional candles and are becoming very popular.

How do I care for my Dessert Candle?

The same way that you would care for your traditional candle but instead of lighting your candle for 2-3 hours the first time your going to light it for two minutes blow it out and relight it for 2-3 hrs. just remember for optimal burn and throw to always trim your wicks after every use.

Do you add Botanicals to your candles?

For our Candles that are wickless we do add dried botanicals to because they are not being traditionally burned with an open flame instead the candle is burned on a candle warmer plate. However when it comes to our regular candles that have wicks we do not add any flammable objects such as dried flowers for hazard and safety reasons.
