Refund/Replacement Policy


RETURNS/REFUND  (if applicable)

I have thoroughly tested and burned all of my scents and candles. Scented candles and their strengths are personal and subjective. I kindly ask that you keep that in mind when ordering.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.

The only time we do not offer a refund is if your order is intentionally damaged by you or someone else, or if you have ordered customized candles. Due to the time it takes to make customized candles, labor, materials and details of custom orders we are not able to honor a refund or return. ALL CUSTOM ORDER SALES ARE FINAL!


REPLACEMENT/S (if applicable)

We only do replacements if an item arrives damaged. Please send an email and corresponding photo with order number to within 7 days from receiving your damaged items. We will replace the item at no cost to you if the email we receive is within the 7 day mark. 

You will also receive a response email from us within 2-3 business days to (Exclude weekends + holidays).

 You must also be willing to ship the product/s back to us, if requested to do so, We will cover the cost of the shipping at no cost to you in this instance.



If any item/s are missing from your order, PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY WITH YOUR ORDER # via OUR EMAIL. Once we have looked over your order information, and determined that we did make a mistake by not packing said missing item/s. We will send you an email update with new shipping and tracking information for missing item/s at no cost to you.

Please bear in mind that due to the nature of the items we hand-make/sell that we only keep a LIMTED amount in stock. IF WE ARE not notified in a timely manner, runs the risk that you may have to wait a longer period which can take up to 2 weeks for item/s.

In the event that you have to wait for the item/s to be back in stock, we will offer you a few options which include the following.:

        You will be able to choose a item of equal or lesser value.

        Opt. for STORE CREDIT Or

        Be offered a FULL REFUND (excluding shipping costs).
