PLEASE BE DILIGENT ABOUT TRACKING YOUR ORDERS ONCE THEY SHIP. Also, please arrange to be home or have someone else bring your packaged candle indoors. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR STOLEN PACKAGES OR PACKAGES LEFT OUTSIDE IN THE HEAT.

Once an item has been marked/scanned as DELIVERED, I have fulfilled my obligation to you. It is your responsibility as a paying customer to provide a safe place for deliveries and/or arrange for someone else to do so.

Once your order is received on our end we will begin to process and ship your order out within 3 - 5 business days (excluding holidays and weekends).

Carrier congestion may result in extended delays between scans, and a 1-3 day delay for packages. I appreciate your patience and understanding. Items are currently being shipped out via USPS Priority Mail or UPS.

We currently offer contact-less local delivery for a small fee of $10.00 for orders over $50.00
